    Default Antenna's circuitry Iphone

    Hi,

I am looking for someone who knows how the iphone's antenna schematic is.

My motherboard is missing most likely a inductor / capacitor , see the arrow picture (working MB example).

Also there is a connection through the mainboard that connects the chrome bezel to the strip antenna.

I have to restore this circuit but i have some difficulties in understanding whats conneced to what. See the picture:

Anyone has the schematic or common sence to help me out?

    Default same problem

Hi bro, I have the same problem, also I'm missing all the corner so I'm not sure if the plate conects only to ground or if there is also a cap or inductor between ground and antena (I mean the plate that connects to the frame...). I can't help you but if I realize something I would post. Do you have any posible values for this capacitor? I will try using 2g antenna cap, but I think its stupid cause one is gsm the other is 3g...
    good luck

Hi...i have got the same problem. I can't understand if this is an inductor or a capacitor or a resistance. However on these day i will get a broken iphone 3G logic board, so i will check on it (desoldering) what is the value of these SMD component.

Add me to the list of people with 3g logic boards that have missing antenna circuitry. On mine there is a crack right where the do not remove screw is. It looks like there are one or two broken traces to repair but I need to know what the missing component you guys talked about is so i can replace it. Any help? Thanks

Google is my best friend. I did some searching today and stumbled upon this:
