HELP!!!

I don't know what happened, but now when I insert the Sim card into the iPhone...it doesn't go all the way in. I'm not forcing it cuz it should be difficult to slide in and lock.

it's sticking about about 2mm form the top. the phone still recognizes the simcard, but i can't get it to go in.

i have no idea what happened, i was just in theprocess of trying to run anysim to unlock and as i was replacing it...it stopped going in.

anyone ever come across this (nothinga t all shows up online) or know the innerworkings of the iphone and what could be the "obstruction"? that's what it seems like to me.

Your best bet is looking inside the slot with a flashlight or something to see if you can move the obstruction. I would guess that you were a little rough with the removal/insertion of the tray and a small piece of metal that was lining the slot bent back, preventing the tray from being inserted all the way now.
