did you have the original sim in when you did this, if not put it in or visa-versa. Ziphone may have downgraded your bootloader, try upgrading your bootloader with ipwner. Your baseband may also be messed, try re-installing that as well.

Your phone hardware might be damaged. Mine sometimes does the same thing sometimes, but thats because I have dropped it like 1000 times. All I do is hit the phone lightly where the SIM card goes in, and it works.

It sounds like your SIM doesn't make contact, take it out and reinsert it or try putting some sticky tape behind it to push it further towards the contacts.

this might be too obvious, but, did you try another simm/the same sim on another phone ?

my iphone killed my sim a while ago, i almost had a heart attack until i tried it on another phone and it didnt work either (the sim died overnight, i was doing nothing)

My problem have fixed that included both parts of fault

    1) Sim slot fault ( need use the paper to stick the sim card)
    2) restore the Bootloader (3.9 BL >1.1.4> 1.1.3>1.1.2 > 1.1.1 > 1.1.2 > 1.1.3 > 1.1.4 > iplus > end

^_^ hope can share with other guys
