This is a water damaged phone that works with a few exceptions: the proximity sensor isn't working, and when I try to power off it does - then re-boots immediately.

I plan to replace the proximity sensor. Anyone done this that can give advice?

Any ideas on the power-down problem?

Oh, and I have done a restore...
