    ok, so you were reffering to the first ram module. it came with the mac, I did not buy it. its on the shelf right now, so, its ok. who knows, maybe in a pc it will work just fine.

    It wouldn't be worth the hassle. Bad memory means that the RAM is corrupted and the system as well as other applications cannot read or write to parts of it. (i.e. it cannot address the RAM)

    Bad memory is bad memory. sticking it into another computer does not make it good memory.
