    Angry Trouble Burning CD's

I've been having problems burning CD's using iTunes. I've adjusted burn speeds, done pram resets and used a different brand of CD's and nothing has worked. 1 in about 10 will actually burn. I keep getting this error - "The attempt to burn a disc failed. The device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or retry."

I'm on a Macbook Pro running 10.5.8 and using iTunes 9.0.1(9)

    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried burning using other applications, such as "Burn"? Do you get the same problem?

Same think happens to me, any burn on any program I do fails, I think it means the burn drive is broke

    Test it a bit more.
