Hi everyone,

My Hackintosh is a HP Pavilion Media Center so I have no troubles connecting a VCR to it through RCA but I do not know which software will allow me to record the VHS. I tried Roxio and Elgato video capture softwares but since I do not have their RCA to USB components, the softwares' starting assistant failed to detect the signals and won't let me continue on. Any ideas how I can do this?

An alternate way is to find a way I can view the VHS (through VCR - RCA connection) on my Hackintosh. I have Screenflow so if I can get something to start playing the files, I can just record my desktop and then crop and send the files to iMovie and iDVD for further editting. Is there a way for this?
