Default Should I buy a macbook pro i7?

I already did the bank transfer, and everything. Havent paid yet, but transfered the money to my paypal.

However I have beenr eading that its get overheated? Even to 101 Celcius.

    I was looking at a macbook pro 15" i7.

Should I get a solid state drive instead of buying i7?

I really need a suggestion today.

    (Talking about this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Build a hackintosh. For $1000 you can get the equivalent to a $6000 mac pro

    Hey,
i was also worried abt the heating issue discussed in the article, but i went for it and got my MacBook Pro i7, so far no problem fast and reliable.
as for the heating issue: as long as u're not using the application especially games it won't get the heat.
i'm playing Call of Duty, and using a stand (with fan) comes with a usb; plug it to my mac, it get heated on the left side of the KB. (bc of the excessive use of the graphic card)
u can feel the heat, but it is not burning ur hands. normal heat like all other notebooks.

if u have any queries pls feel free to ask.

So my advice go for it, since it's approx. 200 USD more than the i5.
