How would I be able to remove Front Row from my hackintosh?

sudo rm -R /System/Library/CoreServices/Front\ Row.app

What about the frameworks and other stuff it installs?

front row doesnt have frameworks i believe, its just an .app

Front row 1.3, the version that comes with OS X is a stand alone app.

It makes use of several frameworks also used by other apps, so you don't need to worry about that.

Just follow Diabolik suggestion.

one weird thing I noticed is after manually installing front row, DVD player.app vanished...
I reinstalled it manually from JAS 10.4.8 install iso since I like to have it on seperate app... Anyway, I use VLC much more than DVD Player and Front Row
