iMac G5

Hi!
I have a iMac G5 running on tiger, but i kinda screwed it up and would like to do a clean install of a the OS. problem is i lost the original restore DVDs. i recently bought a MBP can i use the leopard restore DVDs to install it in my iMac G5?

Is it a retail copy of 10.5?

Silver coloured discs are only for the one specific model.

You can get replacement discs for ~$20 if you call apple.
