Edit I mean Outolook 2011 Mac Beta 5

Ok so I have been using Apple Mail, iCal and Address book for as long as I can
remember. I use MobileMe to sync my calendars and contacts over the air to my iPhone.

I recently got the Outlook 2010 beta and its really nice and I'm trying to make the switch
the thing is I need to have my contacts sync from outlook to my iPhone ideally over the air.
I've been googling around and I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me. I know there is
some limited exchange functionality for syncing Google Cal/Contacts/Email with the iPhone
but I don't know how to get that to sync with outlook.

Does anyone know how to do this or have any solutions on how I could accomplish this?
