    Default Norton Utilities Help

Ok so I installed Norton Utilities on my Macbook then decided to uninstall it, I used the official uninstaller on the disk but it didn't get rid of everything properly so I manually tried finding and deleting all of the Norton files on the hard drive but even though I did that, I still keep getting this message when I turn on my computer Link, does anyone know what I need to do to stop this message from appearing?

have you tried using APPCLEANER (Search via Google) it should find any plugin on the system, if it doesn't then try installing and use this app to uninstall it.

Ah,... that probably wouldn't work... well with Norton that is....

With other small, indie apps you should use AppCleaner:

    AppCleaner

...but not with Norton. Synmantec has a notoriously bad record of not being able to be uninstalled the simple way— therefore you should look in the site for an uninstaller, ie.:
Removing all Symantec programs for Macintosh by using the RemoveSymantecMacFiles removal utility

I think I have got it now, there was 1 random Symantec file still left in the Startup folder so I just deleted it
