Well, long story short, I have been given an older iMac that I believe was bought in 2003 (it's one of the funky models with the lcd screen craning off of a round base) and I do not have the recovery disk that came with it. It runs OS x 10.2.8.

It still has all of the original user's files and programs on it as well as a few fishy looking files and I would basically like to have a clean start with this machine.

As I stated, it runs 10.2 but I would not mind running 10.3 instead. Later versions may not quite run well as it has only an 800 mhz g4 processor and 256 mb RAM. Not sure if 10.4 would run or not but if it would that would work as well.

All I really need, I think, is a restore disk for 10.3 or 10.2 and if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Thanks,
CJ

P.S. I am an Apple noob, so please excuse me if I display a little ignorance on the subject.
