    Unhappy MBP Mag Safe - Weird Noise

    Hey Guys

    I've just noticed today that i can hear a slight wineing / squealing noise coming from where the magsafe connects to my macbook pro. The noise stops when i remove the connector from the mac.

    Can anyone shed any light on this ???

    Try cleaning the connectors of the magsafe and the macbook. You may have some dirt on them

    Is your macbook pro in warranty? If it is, try to change the magsafe, you can get a ptential fire hazard. Look at this:
