How can you make a sparsed disk-image become a burnable disk-image.
Would any of you please tell me how you would burn a sparsed disk-image to a single-layered DVD? I want to install Leopard OS X 10.5 on my iMac G5 (Processor 2 GHz PowerPC).
I got a slimmed-down version of Leopard so I could install it from my disk-drive, but the disk-image was split into several parts (sparsed-files shown below) so I don't know how to put together the divided/sparsed files, which need to become 1 whole disk-image before I can burn it to a single-layered DVD.
Thanks to those who may provide any help in regards to this topic. I'd appreciate any advice or a quick-guide/tutorial on how to do what this person did, here:
Eddo wrote in Subject: How to copy Leopard DVD:
I Used a sparsed DVD image, all the non essential files removed i.e. all language files other than English etc this Image was only 4.21 Gig and the DVD ended up just over 5 Gig as opposed to over 7.5 Gig.
Don't ask me how to make the sparsed image as I found it somewhere.
