I wrote this program to adjust the time when booting into Windows after running Snow Leopard.
Extract it and place it anywhere you would like. I just put it in my startup folder in windows, that way when I boot into windows I can change the time with no trouble at all.
Next version will be automated and will know when booting back and forth.
