Default ._ files currupted my projects :(

well guys this is kinda anoying... my imac wont copy my dev projects over to my thumbdrive cuz it cant read/write many files with the ._ prefix, theres even ._.DS_Store files in the mix too, its a whole mess in there

i know the problem originates bcuz the thumbdrive i use is a FAT32 filesystem and when osx copies stuff you are visibly able to see the ._ file doubles and after a few times of doing that osx has problems reading and writing those doubles, but how can i fix and stop this from happening to my projects folder?
