    Exclamation 10.5.6 update - anti bank usage

    hey guys,

    i have a friend who accessed HSBC via his mac, and ever since he updated to 10.5.6 all that happens is that he goes round in circles.

    He has spoken to their tech team, and has been told it is a problem with 10.5.6 and that Apple are looking into it.

    Has anyone else has this problem????

    What kind of problem is it?

    Assuming that he accessed HSBC via a browser, what browser did he use?

    What firewall settings did he have? Did they block port 443?

    just to explain port 443 is for HTTP with SSL, which means encryption...
