I want to dual boot Windows 7 and OS X (of any version any kind)

Can someone provide me with a step by step guide of how to do this. I do not have much spending money, i spent most of it on better specs.
I have a 720g harddrive, 16g of RAM, any help? I have already searched the web trying to figure this out, but most guides are for Intel and I can't find one for AMD Vision.

Maverick,
- Install OS X first (preferably),
- Install Win (any Win),
- In Windows mode - Download EasyBCD 2.xX,
- Add-up OS X in EasyBCD setup - try MBR (not EFI),
- Boot-up, choose either Win / OS X
- Restart and try boot-up the other,
If both works = good, otherwise read more.

I have recently (1 month) install ML 10.8 and before I have Windows 7 and Ubuntu partition install from 1 year and no problème to detect all partition with the last chameleon version.
