I just recently got some new hardware and i've been looking for distros and stuff to build my hackintosh but I somehow could not find any, so I need your guys' help.

Here is my hardware:
MB - ASUS P7P55D-E LX
Processor - Intel Core i5 760 @2.8Ghz 1156 LGA
Memory - 2x Corsair 4GB = 8GB RAM
Graphics Card - AMD Radeon HD 7700
SSD - OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3 120GB

I'm planning to get the latest OSx possible.

You need to create your usb stick install of ML.
For this you need have OSx 10.6.8 min or either.
Use virtual machine for create your ML install and MyHack methode

Will the drivers install automatically or do I have to find them?

After install need install Kext for Graphics Card and patch your DSDT
