Default Kernel Panic on Dell M1330 system uptime in nanoseconds

Hi everyone I am a bit of a noob to the hackintosh communities, I was hoping someone could help me with a particular problem I am having with the installation process. I keep getting kernel panic which stops at the statement " system uptime in nanosecond: 254958937654" The picture of the panic is attached. I have tried several boot arguments already such as: -v -x npci=0x3000 pci=off ;and -v -f platform=ACPI cpus=1 busratio=18
Nothing that I have tried has seemed to work. If anyone can help that would be great! Thank you
