Does OS X work on my pc?

Do you know if my hardware is in anyway compatible with os x???

Please tell me what i have to exchange if it doesn´t work..

Yeah so it doesnt work with my mainboard gigabyte and amd cpu isnt showed anywhere

Did you check the link? There is a tutorial how to instal mac on amd pc. Google for "hackintosh ga770ta" you will find that it´s possible.
