That is an IRC link, you need a IRC client such as Linkinus (for Mac, check Mac Appstore) or MIRC for Windows.

I've been trying to get some help with my triple-boot issue with Win7 on my hackintosh. After not finding anything via Google, I decided to try IRC. I googled a few sites and tried EFNet. #hackintosh on EFNet didn't have any activity. So I tried irc.ox86.hu. I tried #hackint0sh, #lion and #chameleon. The only channel with activity was #lion. In another channel, there were many people in there. I asked my question once in each channel with no response. I wasn't sure if I was lagged or not. I finally got a response in #lion.

It's my understanding that the IRC channel is a help channel. Please tell me where I erred and why I deserved the type of response that PolishOX (an op) gave me:
