First I'll admit that I'm knew to mac os x and this is actually the first time i'm truing to install one. My laptop is Acer Aspire 6930g:
Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 2.00GHz 2mb cashe
Nvidia Gforce 9600m GT 1GB with a +1GB shared
4 gb RAM
500 GB hard spited in to 3 parts - C:Windows (50GB) , D:Storage (372GB), and the third partion lettered as E (45GB) for the (it was with Ubunto but I've deleted it and know I keep it empty for a copy of Mac OS Lyon that my father just brought me as a present from his trip to US)

Now to explain my problem. So I've tried installing it using iBoot. But when I start the installation "Lion" comes up with an error that says "Uncountable because Makalu"

any luck with this? i have got iATKOS v7 to work but dont know how to get the network to work.

If your network is not working, what kind of chipset has your card? You need to install the right kext (driver) for it to work.
