Default If I log into Apple Account, will I be detected?

Hello! I'm running Mac in a virtual machine, and I'd like to set up iCloud and App Store. It's against the ToS to run Mac like this, from what I've heard, and I'm worried that they'll detect the virtual machine and ban me. I understand that a virtual machine is a different computer, and they can't just detect it, but could it be the OS being different - missing things? Too many things? Thanks!

i doubt they will. since its in vmware i dont think they can tell what your specs are and such. they do check if your copy is valid but i dont think they do that when you log in.
