According to my experience, it's possible.
Firstly I install Win 7 as normal, in a partition. Then using iATKOS - Mac 10.5.7 (burned as ISO to a DVD 4.7 GB) and install the Hackintosh in another one.
Remember to uncheck the "bootloader" option while installing Hackintosh.
Then, reboot and Win 7 will show its face as usual, then download the Chameleon bootloader for Windows (attached file from this topic [Chameleon Install 3.0][Windows install Chameleon] - InsanelyMac Forum) and install it (on Win 7).
After rebooting again, your menu should be something like this:
Enter "Chameleon" entry and you'll see the OSX boot option.
Hope this help. I'm currently trying to move my work onto a USB stick ^^
Sorry for my bad English...
