Default Alienware M14x... Will it Blend?

By blend, of course, I mean with Lion. I am wondering if i can get OSX Lion to be fully functional on my new M14x laptop, i.e. sound, network, touch gestures, etc. Will the OS run smoothly, as if it is a Mac, or will it run like a glitchy wanna-be. So basically, I am wondering if I can install a fully function Lion OS on an Alienware M14x. If so, can someone give me some guidance/ instructions? I thank you in advance, sorry I am so newb-ish.

    Specs:
    Intel 4 Core i7 Processor
    4GB 1600MHz Ram
    500GB Hard Drive
    Natively running Windows 7

    An input will be appreciated!

Also, will my wireless and sound be able to work?

    My options are:

Intel Advanced-N Centrino 6205 Wireless card
    OR
    Killer Wireless-N 1103 Wireless card

HD 5.1 Surround Sound Audio powered by Klipsch
    OR
    Soundblaster X-Fi Software-enabled audio

    Thanks!

What chipsets do these have (wifi & sound)? Models are usally unimportant, what counts is the used chipset. The Centrino might have some failing Intel, but what is this Killer thing?

Did you make any progress with this? I've just ordered a M14x (due for delivery in a couple of weeks) and am hoping to get OS X on it.
