Once you run pwnage, you will have the option of telling the bootloader to upgrade to 4.6. pwnage will do everything for you, it's a "one stop shop" for upgrading to 2.0, upgrading to 4.6 BL if you wish, and unlocking the BB that goes with the 2.0 firmware.

thanx a lot guys...but im still wondering if i still wanna flash my iphone to erase all the previous traces of old settings coz i couldnt get to change my carrier image and even though i restored my iphone several times my old carrier name was there even though there was no Make It Mine app installed after restore....its just that i hope i can get it fixed...but removing all the traces of old settings..
what do u say guys?

MIM survives restoring but it will be removed on a DFU restore.

When you update to 2.0 fw the process will flash everything except the bootloader but if you want 4.6BL on the phone again just make sure you select 4.6 bootloader when you build a custom 2.0 ipsw with pwnagetool.
