Out of curiosity, since I'm about to do this myself, who has jail broken 1.1.1, activated and able to get to youtube? Will PACAY even work on 1.1.1? Out of the spotty reports of folks jail breaking 1.1.1 with apps, I don't recall anyone mentioning youtube functionality.

Youtube works fine on my jailbroken 1.1 -- However, I'm on at&t, so I was able to activate through itunes.

Can I offer a much simpler solution to the YouTube fix? Just get your hands on a 1.0.2 version of it, upload to your 1.1.1 iPhone, set its permissions to 0755, then run PACAY's fix. Done, takes 2 minutes. The other way was giving me a headache....

Yeah, for the record, anyone who is on a regular iPhone SIM with AT&T needn't worry about YouTube breaking after jailbreaking 1.1.1. It works flawlessly on mine.

actually pacay runs fine...the only prob is it tries to activate your phone...

if you are not afraid of tex editing here is what you can do.

open the .bat file in text editor and remove the activation steps (between backup and youtube activation) save your changes (save-as) and run your new bat file
