Who makes wiNstaller. I cant find the details of the people/group involved.

This is the easyest way to unlock on a Windows machine but it need updating to unlock YouTube like how iNdependence does.

I know im asking for other people to do work and all but it seems like Windows users just dont have it as easy as us iNdependence users and I would like to see the wiNstaller dev team get help from the iNdependence dev team.
