Default Will apple replace my iPhone for me?

I have been having trouble ever since I tried to upgrade to 1.1.1. I upgraded, but something went wrong in the baseband, and now I have no wifi or cellphone communications. I also appear not to be able to connect it to the computer anymore. When I hit the "i" button, as it is not activated, it says both my IMEI and ICCID are unknown. Additionally, I paid for the IPSF solution now, and I was curious if I would have to pay for a new license or would it be possible to have them change which IMEI they are allowing to be used?
I guess after that paragraph, my questions are: will apple take the phone back and give me a new one? will they be able to tell it was hacked? and if I do take it back, will IPSF allow me to change which IMEI I have registered, or will I have to buy a new license?

Oof, I hate to be so final, but it's easier to get this over with quick: The answer to all your questions is: You're screwed.

If you took your iPhone to Apple as is, they would without a doubt know at first glance that you hacked it, your account will be flagged, and your iPhone will never be accepted into Apple's service department again.
If you could connect to your computer, you could potentially erase evidence that you hacked the phone by completely bricking it. There are several methods for doing this, none of which don't require the use of a computer, unfortunately.
And, as if to rub salt in an open wound, I doubt IPSF will be very sympathetic of your position, as i'm sure they take an "at-your-own-risk" approach as far as 1.1.1 upgrades go.

And, honestly, I can't say I feel very sorry for you either. There is no way in hell that you couldn't have known of the dangers of upgrading to 1.1.1. I mean, seriously man, even Apple was basically telling you to stay away from it. That's like a serial murderer telling you not to call him on Sundays at 4:27PM, or else he will shoot you in the face, and you do it anyway just out of curiosity and start crying about it when you get killed. Damn, the people on this forum never cease to amaze me...

Boiled down: Your only inkling of hope as of right now is getting that connection to your computer up and running. For the future, "I also appear not to be able to connect it to the computer anymore." is not what is considered enough information to diagnose your problem.

And one more thing, I'm being nice to you, because 99% of the people on this forum would have simply posted...

    ...USE THE DAMN SEARCH BOX.
