My iphone's wifi does not join any network and always get the 'unable to join network"

I have done almost everything. Downgraded to 1.0.2 erase the baseband and reflashing it and could not get the wifi to join networks.

I have also enter the static IP and nothing works.

Any Suggestions?

are the little bars (the ones which indicate wifi) in the top left grayed out? if so, your baseband may be corrupted and unfixable. has wifi ever worked? also, what fw did the phone come with? stupid question, but is 'wifi' turned on...check settings>wi-fi>*on*.

edit: so i see on the 'unlocking' forum you fixed this problem...is this correct?

The wifi did work for a while. it came with 1.1.1 I downgraded and virginze it. and then I run the ieraser and bbupdater to reflash the baseband.

and now it works? great. there's no problem here then.

My Phone detects the wifi signal and connects to it but when i open up safari or installer.app (v2.63) it says cannot connect to any source

Can some one plz tell me how i can fix this and also if its not possible how i can install applications on my iphone without installer

i have found alot of files wich are .zip are supposed to be applications........it says im supposed to rename it to .pxl but when i do that ibrickr does not install it and most often does not even recognize the file


can some one plz help me???
