    Default Who wants 1.1.1?

Who wants 1.1.1 when we have a super phone in 1.02. 1.1.1 will only be worth having when lots of apps are written for it, and an easy unlock comes out with an easy jailbreak as well. No point otherwise. I have nintendo and some really cool shit on my phone, why would i want to upgrade???

    For Wifi Tunes

    Not bloody likely

I have 1.1.1, and it's out of jail, and I have third party apps. What's not to like?

The three big advantages to 1.1.1 seem to be wifi iTunes, video out, and extra iPod controls.

This is just the tip of the iceburg though. Apple may be releasing, in time, other releases with things such as MMS, SMS to multiple recipients, and other essentials that those with other cellphones are getting right now.

So, although a switch to 1.1.1 may not entice everyone, a switch to 1.2.x or 2.x or 3.x may be much more attractive. Can't say for sure right now, though.

i think i will be waiting to see what apple decides to do next before i upgrade anything. Ifthey intergrate any new feature which are of interest i will upgrade, untill then im happy with my 1.02. to upgrade ust for the extra pod features is not essencial for me. I have my iphone in my pocket all the time so i just change songs through my button

Glad to see i'm not the only one. While I know we are all excited to see the DEV team working on getting it out to us, personally I don't feel as if the 1.1.1 update has enough to warrant the risk of upgrading to it. My 1.0.2 phone does everything that I need it to do, so I am happy with it at the moment. I'm sure when a new update does appear - they will go after that and a new update can only bring in more benefits, so i'll wait for like 1.5.x, 1.8.x etc. Also because instructions to do the updating and how to do it given whatever particular current status your phone is in, is just all over the place. Too many methods leads to too much confusion. Even if I do choose to upgrade, I will let it all settle so it is a bit more clearer as right now, its early days.

safari stability fixes and double-click home button alone are enough to warrant the upgrade.

I would do it only for the Flash plug-in in Safari. Right now I couldn't care less about the extra useless functions. And no, I don't plan to connect my cellphone to my TV.
