Where is the ear sensor? iPhone cover blocks it!
I just got a nice silicon cover for the phone but whenever I'm on the phone I kept pressing numbers and calling the wrong people with my cheek!
I figured out that the cover is covering the sensor that shuts the screen off when you put it to your ear...
Does anyone know where exactly is that sensor? I have tested it putting my hand over to see when the screen shuts off and I think I see a tiny little round circle on the right side a bit over the screen.... is that where it is?
I need to cut the silicon cover wherever the sensor is!
Thanks

Turn off the phone, and shine a torch light on the surface. Look real close near earpiece.

If you look at the phone in direct sunlight you will also see the sensors.
Both the light and proximity sensors are above the the ear speaker by the top of the glass screen.
