Default Where does iOS store mobile usage statistics?

    Short Version:
Do anyone know where iOS store mobile usage statistics/counter?

    Longer Version:
My iPhone 4 went into a respring loop for some unknown reason after changing language, nothing new installed, I have changed language a few times too back and forth and was fine, but just this one time it went into a spinning dial/respring loop and would not come back out, but it still let me backup the iPhone however, restoring and restoring from backup would just bring me back to the same situation so I figured the settings must be corrupted somewhere, so I had to restore the backup manually via iPhone Backup Extractor/SSH/iExplorer.

Now that I have every app data, photos, contacts, etc, put back in its proper place, I am wondering as to where iOS stores my usage counter.

I have had the counter up ever since iPhone OS 1.0, so I would very much like to have my counter back, as iTunes backup seem to carry it from phone to phone and iOS updates to the next... so I figured, it must be in there somewhere and I just cant seem to be able to find it.

I have googled and googled but I must not be searching with the right keywords, so if someone can point me towards the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it!

    Much Thanks!

The file name is call_history.db in private/var/wireless/Library/CallHistory, it contains call and data statistics.
