Does the new anysim app work with all sim cards?

Because when i used the old anysim i think i forgot to put lockdown and now it olny works with the sim card that i unlocked with (if i put in a diffrenet sim card i get "sim card locked) and soon i going to unlock a new phone.do i need to put lockdown?
Or is everything going work ok with the new anysim?

I had to replace the lockdown file after I unlocked my iPhone to get it to recognize other SIMs
