Drove from Vancouver to Seattle and got my 8GB for $720. If I was a little more patient could have got mine for $700 in Vancouver with no need to drive 400km (round trip).

    Worth the drive though! :-D

The Post office charges the equivalent of $10 US for the "handling" - that's package dismemberment and 1 (one) staple.
Seen as sellers usually refuse to tag the item as "gfit with no commercial value", I'll likely end up paying two US retail prices.

But I must have it, for my roommate is driving me nuts!
very sorry igor - i thought you were australian sorry bout the mistake mate. i'm showing a bit of arrogance in my old age.. 24....

Received mine today. Paid $850 including shipping. Now I have used it I would happily have paid $2000. It is the first mobile device vet that I have been able to use on the internet sensibly.

Incidentally, I am in the UK and received my phone today. There was no VAT to pay.
