    Default (version)I'm new here and i have a small question

    I know that this question had already asked before but i really need help cuz i didn't find an absolute answer...
    my cousin bought me an iphone yesterday and he says the the fourth and fifth digit in the serial number is 01..i know that it's the first week of 2008 but still would it be 1.1.3 or 1.1.2 (1.1.3 is out since jan 15 so if it's the first week there's still hope)
    i can't check it with the code cuz i live abroad.. plz help me with this guys.

    it would be a 50 and onward. the 4th letter in your serial should prob start with a 5, so if u have a 50, 51 or 52 theres a good chance it may be 1.1.3
    have you tried a field test?
    run field test as it will tell you the modem firmware.
    Dial *3001#12345#* to bring up the Field Test app and click on versions at the bottom. LCD panel ID should be right there, the first digit is the series number. If you want to investigate further, http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=16282 .

    Default no no u miss understand me..

    I still dont have the iphone.. my cousin has it.
    he says that the 4 and 5 digits in the serial number line on the box is 01
    so i just wanted to know if it would be 1.1.2 or 1.1.3
