i think puting it in the microwave is a good idea if you cant fix it anymore.. it will be hard for them to check it later, u will say you had problems with the battery..

Don't put it in the microwave. Just do a restore and restore it to a brand new phone after that send it back to Apple. If you didn't press the Do It All button in Ziphone you should be fine. That is the only option that downgrades the bootloader.

Yes, it's highly unlikely that they will say anything if you did as explained, and your phone now says "Slide for emergency". Don't listen to those people who say something else - as of now we don't have any proof that this will cause any problems.

You have done what you can. Take it to an Apple store and hope for the best.

    Good Luck

But I pressed the Refurbish button in Ziphone that evidently downgrades the bootloader. Right?

Yes, but do you really think Apple is going to waste their time investigating what bootloader your phone is supposed to have? If the phone looks unhacked, it's highly unlikely that they are going to investigate anything. They probably get thousands of phones everyday - if they thoroughly investigated every phone, they would not be able to repair them.

AFAIK, ZiPhone bootloader is equal to original 3.9 bootloader. So if they claim it's hacked, you can claim it's not, and you win since they can't proof it.

hahahaha i wish it was that easy....they know that we can now downgrade bootloader and that a lot of ppl are doing it so OF COURSE THEY CHECK THE DAMN BOOTLOADER ur underestimating them theyre not that stupid they have a software that gives em al the spces of the iphone and when their see the serial number is above week 45 with bootloader 3.9 they wont fix it
