A lot of people have tell me:
After the launch of new ipod's g and after the iphone rebate, the apple store refuses the not Us credit card.
I live in italy and for me this is a problem.
If anyone know more about this history.........

Which credit card you are using is not the biggest issue here. How are you planning to get the items shipped to Italy when you are not able to change the shipping location?

From my experience that has always been the case with the online store and hasn't changed with the new iPods. They only take credit cards with a billing address in the US (or in the country where the store is for the international stores).

Me and a friend both ordered from german cards (1 iPhone each) with german billing address of course, shipping address has to be in the states though

don´t plan on ordering more iPhones on one card though, probably will not work

just got my iphone from apple.com shipped to a friend in LA with my international mastercard.
not a problem.

Listen, you can buy a mailbox from USAMail, ask Apple to ship there and USAMail will forward what you receive in the mailbox everywhere in the world.

i have the method for send me the iphone form usa in italy.....(my friend).
I don't know if after the apple store update(whit new ipod and iphone rebate)the not usa credit work.

Yes, it happened recently. I tried and purchase a Phone with a Mexican Credit Card, but have it shipped to the US (California). First 2 times it worked, after that, I tried and buy 3 phones and it didn't work.

apple said that online orders are limit to 2 phones each.
that's why it didn't work for you...

just sent in another order for 1 phone using an israeli mastercard and no problem.

Really? The error that the Store returned was a mismatch Billing address, which didn't happen the first 2 times. I will try again and see if that was the problem.
