ok so i plugged my phone into my laptop to update it and after it downloaded it was upto the second step installing it into the iphone , then my laptop died!! and so i turned the laptop back on and the phone still had the apple logo and said it was downloading but it did not appear onto the itunes or on my laptop! ... i tried to turn it off but it just keeps showing to plug it into itunes even though it is plugged into itunes.. ive tried numerous things off youtube and google and off this website... but they dont work and im stuck on what to do.. can someone please help asap. thankyou....xx
