UPS update in iTunes - my iPhone is now locked?
My friend did an iPhone (1G) update through his iTunes (he did it through a PC) so how can I get it back to normal again?
When I start the iPhone at the moment it says “No SIM card installed”. Insert a valid SIM with no PIN lock to activate iPhone” and behind the text it shows an image with a USB cable and then the iTunes logo is present in the top.
I need to help him through my MAC. I have one of the new 15’ (alu) and I have 10.5.6. Installed. iTunes is version 8.0.2 (20).
So I hope some one out there can help me find some software for MAC so I can help him and get it back to normal ☺
Kind regards and enjoy the weekend,
no sim inserted sounds strange...
