I've found the guide on this site on how to upgrade a 1.1.1 OTB iPhone to 1.1.2.
I've jailbroken it and installed anySim so that I can use my T-Mobile SIM. All works fine.

If I upgrade to 1.1.2 will I still be able to use my T-Mobile SIM?
Is there any functionality that I will loose, or any other issues I should be aware of?

Also, does the baseband get updated during the process? Would I have any trouble reverting back to a previous firmware version if it were ever necessary?

The baseband will be updated in the update from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

However the bootloader will NOT be updated and will remain at 3.9

Once at 1.1.2, you can use anysim 1.1.2u in airplane mode to unlock.

IMHO, I don't think so, but as far as I know, nobody here can see the future
