I'm running a jailbroken iPhone 2.2.1, which refuses to sync with iTunes. I want to upgrade it to 3.1, without losing my contacts and music. I've backed up my music, and I copied AddressBook.sqlitedb and AddressBookImages.sqlitedb to my computer.

Here's my question; after restoring to 3.1, can I just copy both sqlitedb files to the iPhone, and it'll have my contacts again?

try downloading fresh copy of itunes and try
or else try some 3rd party application to get the contacts.

if you copied the files ... later you can ssh them to phone but remember to change the default permission
