Either do a search in the internet or go to their forum... You've paid for it, so get their support.

Im trying to do the same thing, i bought a license and unlocked my 1.0.2
But not i want to upgrade to 1.1.1 and still unlock it, did you find any answers to this? thanks!!
if i have seen a little farther, it is because i've been standing on the shoulders of giants

Even if you do upgrade to 1.1.1, activation is really hard. I'd just wait. I upgraded via IPSF and it supposedly did unlock the phone, but I had to downgrade back to 1.02 because I couldn't get it activated. Bummer.

Please check the forums and other threads more closely, since these questions have been answered multiple times.
If your 1.0.2 phone is IPSF-unlocked, the unlock itself will survive a 1.1.1 upgrade. The issue then at 1.1.1 is how to activate the phone to use a non ATT SIM. Activation and unlocking are two different tasks, but BOTH must be done if you want to use your phone with a non ATT SIM.
iNdependence 1.2.2 now out will guide you through the upgrade and re-activation process.
