I don't think there's a "resource" that will do it directly for you, but these are the steps that i'd follow:

    1. Virginize your 1.0.2
    2. Upgrade via iTunes to a clean 1.1.1 image
    3. Jailbreak and unlock using the jailbreakme.com method & anySIM
    4. Then follow your preferred method to upgrade to 1.1.3 (either NateTrue, DevTeam or Installer)

You will find tutorials to do all these things in the forum and its F.A.Q's and Links.

These steps should work just fine, but then again i'm not the biggest expert. Any corrections guys?

Take care - Do NOT virginize if your 1.0.2 phone was unlocked using IPSF. You will end up bricking your phone! You should not touch the baseband if you used IPSF.
