Unable to jailbreak iPhone?
Ok,
As far as I have read and heard I have been told both ways that my iPhone is both able to be and not able to be jailbroken.
Here is my iphone
The day I picked up the phone it came like this
iPhone: 3G 8GB
F/W: 3.1.3 (7E18)
BB: 05.12.01
So can it be jailbroken ONLY, if so what program will do it?

Yes jailbroken only. Redsn0w 0.9.2 can do it. Follow exactly 3.1.2 jailbreak procedure. Except restoring to 3.1.2 step.

Worked great, but now I am no able to add cracked .ipa to my phone. I have cydia installed, and updated it, added 1 free phone app from the app store, but still no dice.
Any suggestions?
Keeps coming back with 2 errors,
"App was not installed because it is not signed"
"Error (0xE8008001)"

Discussion of pirated apps is not welcome on this forum. You will get no help with this here. Don't bring this topic up again.

I didn't think it would be a problem as this is a forum of modifying and hacking OS's and hardware.
Anyway, thanks for the help.

Piracy is illegal.
Nothing on this forum is illegal. Jailbreaking is legal, unlocking is legal, making a hackintosh is also legal as long as you own a legitimate copy of OS X.
Many of the developers of jailbreak and unlock also sell apps in the app store, piracy directly hurts the people who make jailbreaks.
Piracy also gives Apple a legal standpoint to shut this site down.
Clear difference. This point has been established many times before.
