Default Typical Memory Hogs on JB'd iPhone?

Anyone know what the typical memory hogs are on a JB'd iPhone?

I've been experiencing horrid interface lag and very frequent crashes when using memory intensive apps like Navigon.

In terms of JB'd apps, from memory I have:
    SBSettings
    Backgrounder
    Longitude
    Rock
    Cydia
    Terminal
SSH (which I leave off most of the time)

And I'm sure a few others. I also have 150 or so App Store apps on the phone.

PS: I wouldn't doubt if Longitude had a memory leak... Especially since most of this instability happened after installing it, that it runs as an "always on daemon (which will compound any leaks), and that a fresh reboot of the iPhone gives ~10 more MB of free memory after at any given time and results in Navigon being stable. Leave the iPhone on for a while and... boom, slow and instable.

I'll remove it and see if it helps any!

Yeah, longitude definitely has a memory leak... I shot the developer an email; hopefully it gets fixed soon b/c I like it!
