Tmobile web on iphone
Anyone have this instead of their overpriced data plans? Does it work on the iPhone once it's unlocked?

From what I'm reading people think it will work. Has anyone actually used it?

The $19.99 plan works. T-Mobile has a $5.99 plan that works on other phones, but no one can get it to work on the iPhone.

Damn it all. I didn't really care about the speed. Oh well. Now I get to think about if I want a $75/month phone bill or not.

The $5.99 plan requires you to edit proxy settings. Someone needs to figure out how to do this on the iPhone. You can do it on every other phone.

I'd give my left <you know what> to use the $5.99 plan. I wonder if some dev out there will figure this out.

I used to know them, when I was modding my Motorola E398...
I think you can call T-Mobile, tell them you bought a Motorola something or other and you need all the internet server/proxy settings, they will tell you them.

well, they'll give you the settings, but AFAIK the iphone doesnt have any area to input the proxy information.
Coz AT&T never got the phone setup for their cheap internet either.

Do you need a contract plan or can you rock the 30 dollar unlimited data plan?
