Apple should put some sort of reset button on the iphones that doesn't restore the iphone. I hate it when a 3rd party app freezes the iphone because the only way to unfreeze it without restoring it is to let the battery run all the way down.

hold your power and home button..

no, let go when it restarts..

sweet. so just hold home and power until

1) It turns off

or

2) it turns back on and is restarting


and it won't make me plug it back in and restore?

until the screen goes blank..

Thanks a ton. I've froze my iphone 3 times and I had to wait for the battery to run down all 3 times. Thanks again & repped.
